The results of a new study, published in a report in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, indicate that exercise may reduce the risk of breast cancer for woman.

Researchers looked at data from a total of 62 studies which looked at the link between breast cancer and exercise.  They found that the most physically active had a 25% reduced risk of developing breast cancer, compared directly to the least active women.  Other important factors to note were that family history of breast cancer had no impact on how exercise helped prevent the development of the disease.

So...what are you waiting for?  Exercise!
